We’re looking for a full-time Charity Development & Operations Manager to help build Lila from the ground up over an 18-month period.

​

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing day-to-day operations, running projects from idea to delivery, building partnerships, supporting fundraising, and setting up the systems that keep a small charity running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Director and trustees, with plenty of autonomy and responsibility.
